On 23-25 April 2007, the 5th EARSeL SIG IS workshop "IMAGING SPECTROSCOPY: Innovation in Environmental Research" will be organised in Bruges (Belgium). This workshop, jointly organised by the European Association of Remote Sensing Laboratories, ISPRS, VITO, Ghent University and the Belgian Science Policy Office, offers an international forum for specialists working on the innovative earth observation technology Imaging Spectroscopy.
Abstracts on the following topics can be submitted: Sensors and missions, Users vs. providers: gap or match?; Market now and tomorrow, Terrestrial ecosystems, Water and aquatic ecosystems, Geology, Atmosphere, Risk management, Resource management, Urban environment, Data processing and methods. Deadline for submitting abstracts: 31 October 2006.
